Spotlight
Top Keywords (Beta): A list of ten Top Keywords will now display in multiple locations throughout Spotlight. Note: This is only for Public Group conversations
- Dashboard: Located below Pinned Groups, view the Top Keywords for the previous day. Scroll to the bottom of Engagement Insights, and view the Top Keywords for the last 7, 20 and 90 days.
- Side Car: The Top Keywords will display when a user selects any element on the Spotlight Dashboard that opens the side car and provides additional information related to that day.
- Pubic Groups: Located within Groups > any Public Group. View the Top Keywords for the last 7, 28 and 90 days in the selected Public Group.
Note: Top Keywords are starting today, 4/30/20, and will not scan historically. Therefore, users will need to wait until tomorrow to see the daily view and 7, 28 and 90 days for the different intervals to fully populate.
Spotlight Topics: Rerun a processed Topic Report. Navigate to Spotlight > Topics and select the ellipsis in the desired Topic Report row. Users will have two options:
- Rerun the report: This option will use all of the same parameters, name, keywords/phrases and start date, as the original report. The end date will automatically update to the current day.
- Modify and Rerun: This option will take the user to a pre-filled report page, including the original parameters of name, keywords/phrases and start date. The end date will be automatically updated to the current date. Here, the user can edit all fields to reflect the necessary changes.
Monitoring
NSFW Image Detection Condition: The NSFW Image model is no longer Beta--the model's accuracy has been improved and the false positive rate is now below 5%.
Software Screenshot Detection Condition: This will identify software screenshots uploaded to the connected Content Platform. Note: This model does not identify text or objects within a screenshot, just that the uploaded image was a screenshot.
