Monitoring
- The Policy Overview page download size has decreased making it easier to share the report page externally.
- Improvements to Code Detection: Code Detection detects messages that may contain programming languages. The Code Detection Model currently identifies SQL, JavaScript, Excel, or JSON code snippets. It is trained to identify messages as either Code or Not Code and operates at a 92% accuracy rate.
- Slack: Slack platform selection is now more organized when more than one is available.
Search & Discover
- UI styling changes were added to the Context Panel for easier consumption. This includes:
- Adding the triggered message to the top of Context.
- Adding a User Information Widget upon clicking Author’s name to see/copy their email address.
- Re-styling the Edit/Delete component so that the modified messages are easy to find.
- A newly re-styled search receipt at the top of search results is now a modal that can easily be exported.
- Slack: Slack platform selection is now more organized when more than one is available.
Search & Discover Exports
- Visibility column in the export will now be ‘Source’ to match naming conventions within Aware.
- Participants will now be displayed for Teams direct messages to understand users that were a part of a Direct Message.
Spotlight
- Ability to Exclude Null Groups from Spotlight KPI
- Spotlight Groups will now have an option to hide groups with no Sentiment or Health KPI. Groups with no Sentiment or Health KPI will no longer display first.
- Ability to export the Public Message Anomaly ledger via CSV in Topic Reports.
