Audit Logs

How to access Aware Audit Logs and a comprehensive list of audit log events and their meanings

Aware Audit Logs reside under the System Settings and can only be accessed by Aware Admins. To access Audit logs click System Settings then click the Audit Logs tab. 

Today Audit logs track actions taken within:

- System Settings, which include; Aware Access, System Settings, User Settings, Integrations, Applications Settings, and Audit Log access. Audit logs will continue to expand in future releases.

- Signal activity, including when an Aware user:
  • Downloaded attachment from message content
  • Viewed triggered event details
  • Bulk export creation and download
  • Event removal
  • Created a rule./ changed a rule (logic or actions)
  • Disabled / enabled a rule
  • Created / deleted a policy

CSV Audit Log Exports

Many users wish to review Aware audit events in flexible ways - CSV exports give end users the opportunity to review events using data tools of their choice, and filter/review in ways that are meaningful to them. This also allows users to export/import events into other systems who do not have the ability/resources to leverage the Audit Log API endpoint.
