Export data to .CSV has been added to three heavily used areas within Aware:
- Monitoring - Export Policy Overview Data
Navigate to the desired Policy Overview tab by selecting the Policy title. Users will now have the ability to Export the Overview tab data. Note: the export link is next to the dates underneath the title of Reporting Summary.
- Spotlight - Export Engagement Insights
Navigate to the Spotlight Dashboard and scroll down to Engagement Insights. Export Data links are available next to the title of each section in Engagement Insights (Sentiment Analysis, Health Analysis, Messages and Top Keywords)
- Spotlight - Export Topic Report Sections
Users can now export the individual sections in a processed Spotlight Topic Report. Export Data links or icons are now available to the right of each section title. Note: This functionality is only available for Spotlight Topic Reports that have processed after August 14, 2020.
