Audit Logs
Audit logs will help your organization better understand what users are doing within Aware. Audit logs are available under System Settings > Audit Logs. The initial release of Audit logs has a focus on login/logout events and actions taken within System Settings, including:
- Account Configuration: ex: Jane Doe edited the time zone in Aware
- User Management: ex: Jane Doe made John Doe an Aware Admin
- Integrations: ex: John Doe connected an Azure Active Directory integration
- Modules: Monitoring - Tombstone Custom Messages ex: Jane Doe edited the custom message for tombstone (the option to tombstone messages is only available with the Slack integration)

Future releases will include more audit log information. If you have specific actions that are important to your organization, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Zoom Chat Integration
Organizations that use Zoom Chat can now bring this data into Aware. This integration is end to end - meaning Zoom Chat messages will be ingested, enriched, and put to use across our Spotlight, Monitoring, Search and Discover, Retention, Data Hold, and User Data Removal modules.
Updates to Toxic Speech and Trending Themes
As Aware continues to update our toxic speech models you will find that the model is even more performant and accurate than before. These updates include new data that help your organization understand current topics of conversation by showing more insightful and relevant keywords, and how they impact conversational health or sentiment.
As a reminder, Indicators will be routinely refreshed to ensure they are trained on the most current data for your organization.
Search by People Set using Azure Active Directory
By integrating your Aware with Azure Active Directory (AAD) you will now have the ability to search a people set by using AAD Groups. This will return only messages authored by users in the defined AAD group.
