CSV Exports in Audit Logs
Aware’s Audit Logs are available in System Settings and provides detailed information to admins regarding how the Aware application is being used by end users.
Many users wish to review Aware audit events in flexible ways - CSV exports give end users the opportunity to review events using data tools of their choice, and filter/review in ways that are meaningful to them. This also allows users to export/import events into other systems who do not have the ability/resources to leverage the Audit Log API endpoint
Spotlight Sub Themes now in newly created Custom Reports
Sub Themes in Spotlight is currently available at the Daily Dashboard level and now available for newly created Custom Reports. Sub Themes gives users more context on how employees are feeling and discussing specific topics, this capability unlocks the ability to understand what is top of mind for employees at a deeper level. By providing how people are talking about topics paired with the sentiment, Spotlight users are able to differentiate what needs actioned from what is just noise in the organization.
