Content Platform Usage Data

Prior to integrating with a customer’s content platform, we need to understand the activity levels to make sure we are prepared for support. Please have the customer share screenshots of the usage data in advance

Meta:

System Admin is required for these steps: Navigate to the Admin Panel > Insights Tab and provide screenshots of the following sections:

  • People Tab: How many people are in <insert name> Workplace?
  • Activity Tab: Activity overview for the <insert name> Workplace
  • Activity Tab: Activity Over Time (last 28 days)

Teams

An Office 365 Global Administrator is required for these steps. Follow the instructions below:

1. Navigate to the Microsoft Teams Admin Center > Analytics & Reports > Usage Reports. Select the View reports tab, under the report dropdown select Teams usage. Select Last 28 days under Date range and Run report. Provide a screenshot of the entire section.

2. Navigate to the Microsoft Teams Admin Center > Analytics & Reports > Usage Reports. Select the View reports tab, under the report dropdown select Teams user activity. Select Last 28 days under Date range and Run report. Provide a screenshot of the entire section.

 

Microsoft Viva Engage

An Office 365 Global Administrator is required for these steps. Follow the instructions below:

Navigate to the Microsoft Viva Engage Admin Center > Reports > Usage. Find the Microsoft Viva Engage activity chart and click View More. Provide a screenshot of the entire section.

 

Slack

An Admin is required for these steps: Select the dropdown next to your Workspace name > Tools > Analytics and provide screenshots of the following sections:

  • Overview: Entire section (last 30 days)

 

Zoom
An Admin is required for these steps: Login to zoom.us, which will default to your Profile page. Select Dashboard in the Admin section on the left side.

  3. Take a screenshot or export to CSV/PDF
