Edit a User's Permissions

On occasion you may need to change some of your user's permissions to give them access to more or less features. To change a user's permissions levels follow the steps below.

1. Locate the Systems Settings button in the lower left-hand corner

2. Click on User Management within System Settings

3.  Identify the user and click on them to edit

4. Locate the Permissions section within their profile

5. Choose the Modules this user will have access to. Select Administrator to allow them full Aware access

6. Once you are finished click Save Changes at the bottom in orange
