Export single, or multiple Events in CSV format to easily share Event data with non-Aware users.
The Aware Signal Application allows users to be alerted of specified behavior in collaboration tools through "Events." Events are triggered by defined conditions such as keywords, patterns, sentiment, and/or toxic behavior. As Events are created, reviewing and taking action are often the next step.
Sharing this data with users that don't have access to Aware is easily achieved using Export options outlined below:
Export a Single Event
- Open Singal > Events
- Click the Event you wish to export. (Don't forget to use the filtering tools to easily find the event you're looking for!)
- Click the orange Export Event button and select between PDF and CSV formats
- The Export will download accordingly based on file format selection:
- CSV: Downloaded in .zip format to the folder location set by your browser settings. Your .zip file will include the single message and context messages in CSV format. It will also include attached images/files if they are part of the context messages.
- PDF: Downloaded in .pdf format to the folder location set by your browser settings. The PDF will capture all of the data as shown in Aware including authored data, contextual data, and policy information.
Export Multiple Events
- Open Signal > Events
- Select the events you wish to export using the check boxes next to each event
- Click the orange Export as CSV button
- The Export will download in .csv format to the folder location set to your browser settings.
*Note: Exporting multiple events will only provide the flagged message and will not include context or attached images/files.
Bulk Exports
This feature has the capability to export all events within a specified date range.
Hint: Use the filtering options to narrow down content, you can only Bulk Export 10,000 events at a time.
1. Navigate to Signal > Events
2. Use the filtering tools to confine results
3. Completed exports can be downloaded from the Bulk Exports tab at the top of the events page
