💪 EMPOWERED: AWARE USER STORIES
A global health organization has decided to become focused on better understanding how their employees feel and engage on a day-to-day basis. Prior to implementing with Aware they were basing their observations off of yearly pulse surveys that occupied six to eight months of their time. They also recognized that the survey results may end up skewed because employees may feel obligated to take the survey. This organization sought a tool that would provide their leadership team with an obtainable employee gut check.
Once they found Aware, this organization adopted our People Insights application to pull employee engagement and trending topics from throughout their collaboration platform. This new tool improved the way they compile and share culture reports directly with their CEO. Aware was able to help this organization become more in-tune with their workspace culture and better understand employee sentiment.
