A tool tip has been added to define an Active Member
Monitoring:
Rule Scope:
- Rule Audience: Content Platforms are now unchecked by default, forcing the user to focus on which sources they would like to include for the specific Rule.
Triggers:
- Edit Trigger Conditions easily, by selecting the ellipses button - users will have the ability to delete the Condition or Edit.
- New Condition Triggers:
- Code Detection: AI model to detect messages that may contain code.
- Credit Card: The most accurate way to detect a Credit Card number. A Luhn Validation algorithm will be used to confirm that it is a real Credit Card number prior to triggering an Event. Note: The Luhn Validation will greatly reduce Credit Card false positives, so you will want to update your existing ones. Do so by, editing your current Credit Card Rule by deleting the Credit Card and URL pattern and then adding the Credit Card Condition.
- Additional Languages in Language Detection Condition: Portuguese, Turkish, and Japanese.
Search and Discover:
New languages have been added to the Language Detection Model. Portuguese, Turkish, and Japanese will now be identified during a search when users have selected Language Detection.
Retention:
Additional clarification for Workplace users, stating that Timeline content is not included for a Retention Policy when selecting All Sources.

The Toxic Speech AI analysis filter has been improved and the classification of Inappropriate has been added into the model.
Monitoring
Inappropriate has been added as a classification to the Toxic Speech AI Condition.
Spotlight
Spotlight application icon has been updated and the beta tag has been removed
New sub navigation:
- Dashboard
- Groups (previously Group Insights)
- Topics (previously Trends)
Dashboard:
- The All Platform icon, located in the top right corner, has been updated
- Daily Insight – Sentiment and Health KPI cards now have icons that visually represent the metrics
- Engagement Insights - dashed lines have been added to the line graph to show the different KPI thresholds
- Engagement Insights - Sentiment and Health charts can be broken down by Source or be shown by a bubble chart or line graph
Groups:
- Group List - Pinned groups are now the default tab in the groups list
- Group List - The Sentiment and Health KPIs and their trend have been broken out into separate columns
- Group Details - Individual Group details now provide a breakdown of the messages by message type, attachment type, sentiment, and language
Tool tips have been added throughout Spotlight to provide more information on how the information is gathered and presented. Access the content by clicking on the gray question mark.
