Spotlight
Public Message View: Spotlight > Topics
Once a Topics Report has processed, a user can View Messages (Public content only) that contributed to the Mentions by Sentiment. 
Once the link has been selected, a view will open up displaying the Public content that contributed to the sentiment breakdowns.
Surface Related Themes: Spotlight > Topics
When submitting a new Spotlight Topics Report, a user now has the option to surface related themes. When enabled, the processed Topic Report will return relevant keywords that are frequently used in conjunction with the defined keywords for the initial search.
Hint: Users can select from different sources, Public and Private Groups and/or Direct Messages to align with their needs.
Monitoring
Duplicate Rules within a Monitoring Policy: Select the ellipsis on the desired Rule to display the dropdown, then select Duplicate Rule.
Contains Language Condition: Additional language detection capability. Georgian, Taglog/Filipino, Indonesian has been added to the condition.
Search & Discover
Context for Direct Messages (Workchat Message, Private Message) has shortened to only display day of, day before and day after.
