Monitoring - New! (aware.work)

A new version of Monitoring has been released in our https://aware.work platform. Below is a summary of all the updates.

- The Events Details page shows the context around the event. For Threads, the entire thread will display. For Private Message (Chat), 10 messages prior and 10 messages after the triggered event will display.

- Rule Creation:

  • Behavior Type Tag: You can now identify rules as Positive, Negative or Neutral. This helps to better define those rules that aren't only negative.
  • Exclude/Include Groups and Individuals. Specific groups and individuals will be able to be excluded or included in Rule Scope.
  • Save event content and context: This option preserves triggered content and context indefinitely in Aware's Intelligent Data Fabric. This data will be exempt from Retention Policies as well as User Data Removal requests and will be held indefinitely in Data Hold until manually removed.

- Event Status can be marked as Open or Closed. When an event has been viewed or doesn't need to be revisited, manually update the event to Closed for a more streamlined workflow. There is a separate button in Event Details to remove an event from Monitoring.

- When creating a Trigger you have the ability to create a NOT Condition Set. You can make rules smarter by having a NOT Condition set to specific parameters that shouldn't be considered when triggering events. Adding a NOT statement will stop events from triggering with those specified condition types

Your Customer Success Manager will be scheduling time to review the new functionality, talk through a migration plan and answer any questions.
