We are excited to announce our latest updates to Aware’s Sentiment and Health Indicators!
Aware’s Behavioral Indicators are now multilingual! Indicators now take into consideration Spanish messages for both Health and Sentiment! By expanding our Behavior Indicators to score messages in Spanish and English, we can now understand a larger pulse of the organization, to truly encapsulate the voice of the employee.
Key Features and Benefits of Spanish Language Support in Behavior Indicators:
- Comprehensive Analysis of your Organization: The Behavior Indicators model now provides accurate analysis and interpretation of collaboration data collected from Spanish-speaking individuals, enabling Aware users to make informed decisions and broaden their workflows by including more expansive and representative data.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding that cultural context plays a crucial role in behavior analysis, our behavior models understand linguistic nuances as the models are trained on true collaboration data.
- No Manual Opt In Required: From release, Aware will immediately begin scoring Spanish messages for Sentiment and Toxic Speech which ultimately roll into Indicators!
In addition, this latest update focuses on including both Sentiment and Toxic Speech label refreshes to decrease false positives, therefore more accurately representing organization’s true Indicators. A s always, with each model refresh, each tenant’s indicator model is refreshed with more current data.
