Private Group Reactions are now included in Topic Report: Engagement Insights (Workplace by Meta only)
For Workplace by Meta customers leveraging Topic Reports, the Reaction, and Engagement section of Topic Reports will now include reactions from Private Groups and addition to Public Groups.
Network Analysis on Weighted Themes
Weighted Themes on the Spotlight Dashboard have been upgraded by incorporating a new layer of insight into the connection of Trending Themes. This graph shows the relationship between Trending Themes by the connection of common content authors that used those keywords in their Public conversations. The thicker the line between the Themes, the more content authors that have used both keywords.
To gain more insight on these, click the line to see how many common authors there are, as well as run a topic report that will include both keywords. This is our first step of many to showcase patterns and connections between the data in your platform.
Next and Previous Event Navigation in Monitoring
Users can now navigate from one event to the next event with the click of a button while viewing event details. This feature also allows users to click back to the previous event as well.
