- Workplace Only - Discoverability and deletion is now available in Multi-Company Groups.
Retention Application
Workplace Only - Multi-Company content will now be deleted according to your set Retention Policy. In order to include Multi-Company Group content in your deletion, make sure you create a Retention Policy for all source types or include closed/secret group content.
Exception:
- Company A and Company B are collaborating together on a Workplace Multi-Company Group.
- Company A has Aware and a Retention Policy activated.
- Company B owns the Multi-Company Group.
- The Retention Policy will not delete any comments on a post from Company A, if the original post was made by someone from Company B.
Search and Discover Application
- Workplace Only - Multi-Company Group content will now be discovered and included in your Search.
User Data Removal Application
- Workplace Only -Multi-Company Group content will now be deleted with each request.
