Monitoring 

Policies and Rules: Triggered content and conditions are now highlighted. You can easily identify the message that triggered an event, and which conditions caused the message to trigger.

Important Note: When using AI Models within a Rule, highlighted content will not appear since AI Models don't trigger on particular keyword or phrase. Instead it is triggered on the entire message.

Rule Behavior Type: The naming convention for Rule Behavior Types has been updated to accurately reflect content perception.

Aware Spotlight (Closed Beta)

Spotlight Trends: Use Spotlight Trends to identify where (which groups, chat, etc) terms are used, and understand how the terms are used based on conversation Sentiment and Health Metrics.

Tip: Internal comms can use this to track and measure campaigns, whereas HR might use this to understand how internal and external announcements are resonating.

Behavior KPIs: The naming convention for Behavior KPIs has been updated to better represent what our data describes.  Sentiment Metric and Health Metric are now 'Sentiment KPI` and `Health KPI`
