Platform Updates:
- 3 New Languages: Arabic (ara), Hebrew (heb), and Vietnamese (vie)
- Our Data Science team has trained 3 new languages into Aware. These additions will live in Spotlight Group Details, Search and Discover - AI Analysis and Monitoring 'Contains Language' Condition Type
Spotlight
UI Enhancements:
- Topic Reports, Group Detail Page and Day View: Top Themes have received a re-design. Check them out for more details.
Spotlight Dashboard Enhancements:
- The Engagement Insight graphs now display the Highest Sentiment/Health and Lowest Sentiment/Health days.
- Label change: "Top Keywords" to "Trending Themes": As we continue to evolve this feature, 'Themes' is a more accurate descriptor of the value of this feature as it surfaces prevalent/common themes within your organization.
Platform Insights (Table)
- For users with 2 or more platforms integrated, there is now a new sub-navigation within Spotlight, 'Platforms', which provides Spotlight metrics at the platform level. This helps with easy comparison to the performance of individual platforms. From this table, you can view groups specific to that platform.
Platform Insights (Dashboard carousel)
- For users with 2 or more platforms integrated, a carousel of integrated platforms now lives on the dashboard for quick access to groups specific to each platform.
Monitoring - Export Policy Reporting Summary Data as PDF
- Navigate to the desired Policy Overview tab by selecting the Policy title. Users will now have the ability to Export the Reporting Summary data as a PDF. Note: the export as PDF button is in orange to the far right of the Reporting Summary title.
