Reset a User's Password
If a user has forgotten their password or the user gets locked out. The Administrator can reset the user's password for them within System Settings. Follow the steps below to reset your user's password.
1. Locate the Systems Settings button in the lower left-hand corner
2. Click on User Management within System Settings
3. Identify the user and click on them to edit
4. Within the Personal Information section locate Reset Password at the bottom
5. Click Send Password Reset
The user will then receive an email that prompts them to reset their password.
Hint: The email may go to the users junk box or quarantined
