Significant performance updates.

Monitoring

Global Events List: This is the new universal view of ALL events. Users will be able to filter by: Policy, Content Type, Platform, Action, Visibility and can sort by Date Created, Rule Name or Status. There is now sub-navigation under Monitoring when it has focus: Policies & Events.

Bot Content: Monitoring rules will now give users the option to opt in to include bot content in their rules. Going forward, bot content will be defaulted to being excluded. Users will need to go and update any existing rules where they want bots to be included.

Sept 1

Files: Files are now a content type within Monitoring. The caveat is that it will only detect on files up to 128kb (Example: a lot of Word documents will trigger but PPW decks with multiple slides likely won't).

sept 2

Right Click to Open in New Tab
: Previously, events had to be opened within the same webpage. Allowing for 'Open in New Tab' right-click option saves user's time so they can place events they want to dive into in new tabs.

Spotlight (Closed Beta)

Bot Content: Spotlight is no longer scoring Bot Content within Metrics. It will count towards message count. This will remediate bot's causing fluctuation in community sentiment and health.
