Enhanced PDF Export
The new enhanced PDF export format produces a user friendly document of search results and context that can be used to share with non-Aware users, for eDiscovery collections, and for an enhanced reading experience when reviewing large numbers of search results. The old PDF export capability that captures a screenshot of the message review/context panel is still available as well.
- Enhanced PDF produces a user-friendly readable format that resembles conversation as it appeared in a chat
- Includes metadata in the header regarding platform, group details, dates covered and participants
- In-line images displayed within the PDF
- PDF export files organized by “conversation” with individual search results highlighted in blue (meaning no duplicate messages to review!) and context streamlined into one file with all the parent search results
- Includes edits and deletes and emojis in messages
Spotlight
Platform Distribution in Custom Reporting
A new + informative chart has been added to Spotlight Custom Reporting, called Platform Distribution.
By providing the message volume distribution by each platform, our users are able to unlock the understanding of how certain topics or certain audience volume varies by the platform
Users will be able to derive insights on the relationship and correlation between how topics/conversation start to bubble up on a platform and later on become more/less prevalent conversation on another platform. For example, conversation around a change to “benefits” may start to bubble up in pockets on Slack, and by the time a quarterly survey comes out, it has become a more pervasive issue for employees. By understanding the connection by platform, Aware users will be able to get ahead of potential issues, saving time, effort, and money!
