Custom Reporting Using Survey Data

Once you have uploaded your Survey Data you are now ready to analyze that content using Custom Reporting in Spotlight.

  1. Visit Spotlight > Customer Reporting, on the left navigation panel 
  2. Choose Create a Report > Name your Report > Choose Audience Report
  3. Within Custom Reporting you are able to run reports on specific surveys, the entire survey platform or the survey platform + other integrated data sets. First Choose your Data Access Set, that contains the data you want to include in your report.
  4. Choose Content Platform from Audience Type, a user can run a report on the entire Survey Platform, like a Qualtrics or Glint.
    Note: Sources are determined in System Settings when uploading each CSV (see directions on uploading your survey here).
  5. Select Date Range and Click Create Report
  6. Once your report has completed, analyze your report. 
    Note: Aware's Generative AI Summaries will help summarize your survey results broken out between Positive, Neutral and Negative Highlights.
