Search and Discover Enhanced Exports
Enhanced Search and Discover Exports will improve the current experience for “All Content” and “Market Content” export options. The new capability will also streamline the process to import an Aware export into other eDiscovery solutions, like Relativity. Below is a summary of the new features:
- Ability to combine exports into a single CSV
- New Export fields that assist in investigation
- Provide native files with our exports
- Generate a .txt file for all messages in an export
Retention
Users will now be able to create retention policies for Aware data only, or both platform data and Aware data.
- Aware + Content Platform (already existing "bi-directional": Content will be deleted from both the Aware platform and the content platform.
- Aware ONLY (new functionality): Content will be deleted from the Aware platform only and preserve the data that lives on your content platform.
The functionality of setting a retention policy ONLY for the Aware platform will give users additional control over the data that Aware archives, while ensuring that the data-in-place on the content platform does not get impacted.

Log Out after 30 Minutes of Inactivity
For enhanced security measures, Aware is implementing an inactivity timeout of 30 minutes within the App. Inactivity is defined by the lack of mouse movement, keyboard input, or making an api call.
*Note: If you have another tab of Aware open that hits 30 minutes of inactivity you will be logged out of all Aware sessions
